Why does the world need playfulness?

In order not to sink into anxiety, in the darkness of small and large concerns. To look each other in the eyes, to face difficult things besides simple ones. To learn that we are not enough for ourselves and that the contribution of others is not invasion, but wealth.

Workshop on playfulness or proposed happenings in public or both?

PLAY LABORATORY

At Giocamente we are looking for various seminars that have a playful way of guiding them. They could be subjects that are often taught seriously but you have a playful approach. They may also be right for the joy of playing. You could have many ideas, choose something that tickles you and it’s playful for you!

Play The Music

Are you proposing a playful approach for children or adults?

Adults. Children are also welcome, as I also have work experience with them.

Short description

I’ve never been able to play! I don’t have a sense of rhythm! Music is not a thing for me! How many times have you heard this phrase … or maybe you said it?
Come and play music with us: the music of the body, the voice, the objects … and together we will create new melodies!

Long description of the laboratory

Playing with music!
If the music seems far away … this laboratory is for you! If you are a musician … this workshop is for you!
Have you ever played with music? Have you ever made music with your body, with your voice, with the body of others or with objects … or musical instruments?
During the laboratory we will have fun together playing and playing, proposing and listening, experimenting and letting ourselves be surprised.
We will experiment with different ways of playing with sounds, producing them, mixing them, exchanging them, making them meet and dance with us: ours will be fun through music … for everyone!
The playful approach is based on the experiences of the facilitator, who uses skills from Orff musical teaching, from the facilitation of Drum Circle VMC (according to Arthur Hull’s method), from body music and from Italian and international circular music (with masters such as Michele Cappelletti, Jane Bentley, Stefano Baroni, Uira Kuhlmann and Anselmo Luisi).
Playing with music means proposing a playful and experiential approach to rhythm and musicality, “teaching without teaching”, creating a supportive and non-competitive environment. In playing together there is no competition; indeed, it is necessary to develop attention to the other and to oneself as much as possible.
We will play by relating to each other, laughing at our “mistakes” and competing to enhance each other. The group will be our strength =)
The activities are designed in such a way that the environment stimulates each participant to improve and relate to the other members of the group, as well as to develop attentive, mnemonic and listening skills. Through body music, moreover, you can activate body, voice, ear and movement: we will therefore also play with what we have available 24 hours a day, always with us!
