Yes, but please let us know in advance.
What is an unconference?
During the festival, there will be sessions dedicated to the unconference. Unconference is a non conventional event. In classic conferences there are classic elements, frontal speakers, tight schedules – let’s try for a moment to create a more interactive way of doing this. A creative way of sharing talents, skills and experience that creates a wonderful play space where all attendees are all potential contributors. All you need to do is show up and you will be given the opportunity to share some activities or play the games suggested by the others.
In classic conferences there are various aspects that you may know well: the call for papers, the speakers, the agenda of the day defined days before, the frontal sessions, etc.
Who will be holding workshops?
Incredible play lovers from all around the world—like you!
An outline programme can be found here. Plus, the unconference format allows you to propose your own workshop or activity.
Can dogs take part?
We know that for many people, their dog is part of the family – and we take this question seriously.
After much thought, we’ve decided that it’s not possible to bring dogs to the festival. Pianeta Verde is already home to dogs, cats and donkeys, and the presence of outside animals creates too much tension for everyone – human and non-human alike.
Are there any shops nearby?
Please bring everything you need with you. We’re out in nature — the nearest shops are a car ride away, and the choices are limited. Three meals a day are included, and there will also be the possibility to buy snacks on site.
What is included in the festival ticket?
All activities from Tuesday evening to Sunday after lunch, including:
- 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners
- Accommodation for 5 nights — in a tent, camper, or bungalow depending on the option chosen
Drinks beyond water are not included.
Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
The €60 deposit is non-refundable.
For the accommodation portion, a partial refund is available up to one month before the festival. You also have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else (until 1 July).
I have food allergies will I go hungry?
Of course not! Our food will be vegan and gluten free. If you have other allergies make sure you let us know in good time.
Can I smoke my joint?
We are cultivating a space of high-presence and healthy play. If you usually smoke, we invite you to experience the festival without it and enjoy the clarity of play—it’s much more rewarding!
Can we all sleep outside watching the stars?
In Pianeta Verde the stars in the night sky are a show all by themselves. The evenings can be cool. You can choose to stay in your tent or sleep outside.
Can we go barefoot? Can we sing in the evening?
Of course!
