We encourage participation in the full event: from Tuesday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. We believe that experiencing the festival in its entirety is essential for building authentic connections. For those with specific needs, we offer the Giocosamente Light Option: From Friday to Sunday, arriving between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM on Friday. Contact us if this option suits you. Weekend options open 1 May at 9pm. Registration closes 1 July. Limited spots available!

- If you cancel less than one week before the festival, we ask you to honor the full remaining balance.
- You can transfer your ticket to someone else up to one week before the festival. If we’re sold out and find someone who needs your spot, we’ll connect you.
- For cancellations regarding accommodation, please contact the venue directly — their own cancellation policy applies.
- We recommend taking out private cancellation insurance.
