Long description of the laboratory

In this play-workshop Bart will invite you to give space to the wisdom of your body in a playful way. Let our bodies guide us in our creativity and playfulness and tell us what our brain doesn’t know. This workshop is about finding the fun in playing with our body’s. By moving, walking, running, talking and stillness. By reflecting on it and, if we are willing and able, to share what we experienced. We will be playing together and on our self. We might do one hand dances, tell story’s with funny voices and watch how others tell stories with movement without words. In this workshop you can’t do it wrong; everything is allowed even doing nothing, as long as you respect yourself, the other and the environment. It’s open for every adult who is interested in embodied play and creativity. It doesn’t need any pre-knowledge or skills. And it is also open for experienced dancers, acrobats and players. The goal is to play, and search for the fun of it. It will give you a key to your own playfulness and creativity even if you forgot you have it. And while playing we might even learn what next step to take to make your life and this world more playful!
